Key Responsibilities:
- Define the data ingestion strategy to reliably ingest data from various sources into the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
- Establish robust identity resolution processes using the AEP Identity Service to create unified customer profiles
- Implement data processing and enrichment pipelines to clean, transform, and enrich customer data within the AEP
- Configure real-time segmentation capabilities in the CDP to enable dynamic audience creation
- Set up secure data syndication to share customer insights with downstream systems like Journey Optimizer and 3rd party destinations
- Ensure data privacy and security controls are in place to protect customer information
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define the CDP and CJA roadmap
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the data engineering team
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or customer data management
- Deep understanding of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and its components like the CDP, CJA, Identity Service, and Real-time Customer Profile
- Expertise in designing scalable, flexible, and secure data architectures for enterprise-level applications
- Strong skills in data modeling, data integration, and data governance best practices
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data processing frameworks like Spark or Flink
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with implementing Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and configuring the CDP and CJA modules
- Familiarity with identity resolution techniques, real-time segmentation, and customer journey analytics
- Understanding of data streaming, batch processing, and data lake architectures
